From Ambleside follow signs to Coniston and
Hawkshead. After ¾ mile turn left at the sign to Hawkshead.
After 2 miles turn first left at the signpost to Wray/Low Wray
Campsite.
Follow this road past the entrance to Wray
Castle to High Wray village. Take first left in village
signposted "Ferry 3 miles road unsuitable after 1 mile".
Pass a farmhouse and barn, next left you will see Slack
Cottage Bed and Breakfast sign. Turn into the drive, our
drive drops steeply down to the right, again you will
see Slack Cottage Bed and Breakfast sign.
